Sunday was the Dieciocho - Chilean Independence Day - so we decided to make Chilean food. This fits right in with item #69 of my list - to make meals from different countries. We made completos - hot dogs with avocado, tomatoes, and mayonnaise, ensalada chilena - tomatoes and onions with lemon juice and olive oil, and alfajores - dulce de leche cookie sandwiches.
It was delicious, but I have too many cookies! I need to remember to halve these dang baking recipes. Hope your week has been great!
